CITY OF MONTAGUE; Water Distribution, 18,000 L.F.ń; CITY OF DORRIS East 5th St. Sewer & East Avenue Construction; RIDGEVIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, 49 lots in the City of Tulelake; MOUNTAIN VIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, 70 lots in the City of Weed; HORNBROOK COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT WATER PROJECT (An extensive rehabilitation of a water system serving a community of approximately 375 people, including surface water treatment and approximately 15,000 LF of distribution); INDIAN CADASTRAL SURVEY, Klamath National Forest (Surveying and mapping for a cadastral survey, re-establishing more than 60 corners and approximately 20 miles of boundary lines, including several mineral patent retracements); WATER MAIN EXTENSION, City of Dorris: (California DFA Ag Inspection station)

JUNCTION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Water Supply System; CITY OF DORRIS Hazen Street Construction (5 blocks); SUN MOUNTAIN SUBDIVISION, Siskiyou County (39 Lots); MOUNTAIN HIGH SUBDIVISION, Siskiyou County (Roadway design); INDIAN HEALTH SERVICES, Ish-Kaysh Project for the Karuk tribe, Route surveys and legal descriptions for 18,000 LFń of water and sewer line). KARUK TRIBE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tribal Housing Project, Yreka, Surveys & mapping, PS&E, for Streets, Water, Sewer, and Drainage; a hillside development for a 64-unit multi-family housing project of 4-plex structures on approximately 65 acres; , CITIES OF DORRIS & MONTAGUE, CITY OF YREKA (Booster pump station and Pipeline) Shasta Belle Water Project Streets & Roads, Various.

1991-1995:

SISKIYOU LAKE HIGHLANDS PLANNED DEVELOPMENT: One of the most significant private project in Siskiyou County in the past 20 years, this Planned Development includes a Resort facility with rental Chalets in the timber adjacent to Lake Siskiyou, an 18- hole golf course, commercial area, and more than 100 single- and multi-family parcels. Improvements include approximately 3 miles of public-dedicated roads, a complete and independent water system, sewage collection, full utilities and drainage. We were responsible for the design of all site work other than the Golf Course.

KARUK TRIBE HOUSING AUTHORITY: An ALTA survey of a 202-acre parcel in Yreka ; MODOC LASSEN INDIAN HOUSING AUTHORITY: ( 20-Lot SFR subdivision); BUTTE VALLEY ELEM., SCHOOL: Grading & Site Design; CITY OF DORRIS BASE MAPPING: Surveying and Mapping of Block lines, Streets, Infrastructure, and signage in and for the City of Dorris; HUMBUG HOLLOW, PS&E for a Planned development Subdivision for 14 single-family homes, including Streets, Water, Sewer, Drainage, and underground utilities; KARUK TRIBE HOUSING AUTHORITY: PS&E for development of the 202-acre Parcel noted in 1996 ALTA survey, for 69 Single-Family dwelling parcels on a 202-acre site in Yreka, with 2.5 miles of paved roads, Water & Sewer, both with Pumping Stations, and Drainage; SITEWORK DESIGN FOR THE SISKIYOU COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS COMPLEX in Yreka, a 14-acre site; CITY OF DORRIS: North Street Water main Project and Overlay Project; ETNA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT: Site Design for additional facilities; COPCO LAKE MUTUAL WATER COMPANY & SHASTA VIEW HEIGHTS MUTUAL WATER COMPANY: Water System Studies; KARUK TRIBE HOUSING AUTHORITY, Several ALTA Surveys; MONTAGUE AIRPORT, ROHRER FIELD Taxiway and Parking Apron Improvements, Runway Slurry Seal and Striping.

2000-2002

CITY OF DORRIS: Several Streets Projects; MT. SHASTA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Water Storage Tank project CITY OF MONTAGUE Streets reconstruction and overlay projects, Tennis Courts and outdoor Basketball Courts; CITY OF YREKA Topographic Survey and mapping of the corporation yard; KARUK TRIBE OF CALIFORNIA, ALTA survey and miscellaneous engineering design projects for infrastructure; Reclamation Plan Topography and design for two aggregate quarries; SHASTA VALLEY CEMETERY DISTRICT Cemetery Layout, Grading Design, Plat & Monumentation; Road, Water, and Sewer Infrastructure projects for the BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS, for the KARUK TRIBE OF CALIFORNIA, KARUK TRIBE HOUSING AUTHORITY; Modoc-Lassen Housing authority roadway and grading design for the Quartz Valley Tribe.

2002 - 2004

COLD CREEK SUBDIVISION, a premium quality subdivision of 25 parcels on 90 acres near the City of Mt. Shasta, with paved roads accepted into the County public road system, and a community water system; Improvements construction approximately $1.25 Mil.

STREET PROJECTS: Reconstruction and rehabilitation of streets in the cities of Dorris and Montague under the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and the Community Development Block Grant program (HUD / HCD); Improvement of Jackson Street in the City of Yreka for a private development.

CALPINE ENERGY, Fourmile Hill and Telephone Flat Geothermal Projects: Topographic surveys and mapping for approximately 12.5 miles of roadway design, several 3- to 5-acre Geothermal well drill sites, and power plant sites at Fourmile Hill (7 acres) and Telephone Flat (15 acres). Survey and flagging of approximately 20 miles of proposed Power Transmission lines. Grading design for 4 drill pad sites, 3 of which were constructed, and Preliminary Grading designs for both of the Power Plant sites. Project is ongoing.

COW CREEK BAND OF UMPQUA TRIBE OF INDIANS, Design of a 500,000 gallon-per-day Water Treatment Plant and a 1-MG Storage Tank to serve a new RV Park, the 7 Feathers Hotel and Casino, and other facilities owned by the Tribe, near Canyonville, Oregon. Consulting on specialty items in water system, including the inter-tie with the City of Canyonville system.

PARKING LOT Improvements for the Siskiyou County Office of Education and for Yreka Union High School, PRIVATE COMMERCIAL Buildings and Site Improvements for various clients in the City of Yreka and for the new Dorris Branch Library in the City of Dorris..

2005-2006

Several Parcel Maps, Boundary Line Adjustments, and Surveys and Mapping, for various private clients; Several Individual On-Site Wastewater Disposal Systems for various private clients; Development of Reclamation Plans for aggregate quarries for 2 private clients. Numerous minor structural calculations and drawings for regular-clientele contractors.

Consulting Services including development of Contract Documents for a large water transmission main for Thermalito Irrigation District. Plans and Specifications for approximately 1.5 miles of irrigation pipeline for Montague Water Conservation District. A 1-million gallon domestic Water Storage Tank Project for the City of Montague. First Street Water Main project for the City of Dorris. Continuing consulting work on the water system improvements for the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians, Canyonville, Oregon. Feasibility Study for Water System Improvements for the Tennant Community Services District.

Prather Street Reconstruction project for the City of Montague; Callahan Street and Woodland Street Reconstruction projects for the City of Etna; Main Street and Triangle Streets Reconstruction, and 2nd Street and State Street overlays, project for the City of Dorris. Parking Lot project for the Early Childhood Development programs for the Siskiyou County Office of Education. Easy Street overlay and restriping for Fuel 24-7 Project; Hogan Road - Big Springs Road connection project for Lake Shastina Homeowners Association.

Site Improvements design for USA Fueling Stations in Ukiah and in Yreka, and for 2 other fueling stations; Site Improvements design for the new City Library, Dorris, California, for the Emergency Room Expansion at Fairchild Medical Center, Yreka, for a new restaurant and office building commercial site in Yreka, and for the new General Offices building for Scott Valley Bank, Yreka. Site Improvements Design for 18 Elders Units and an Elders Center building in Burney, California, for the Pit River Tribe Housing Authority.
