GENERAL STATEMENT OF SERVICES PROVIDED

Our practice is presently concentrated in two primary areas: (1) Civil Engineering design of On-site and Off-site Improvements, and (2) Surveying & Mapping. Incidental areas in which we provide services to area residents include on-site sewage system disposal, structural calculations, and miscellaneous consulting.

Over the past 28 years, JAMES G. BRAY CIVIL ENGINEERING has provided general civil engineering and surveying and mapping services to public agencies and private clients, primarily within Siskiyou County. Approximately 50% of our work has been for private clients and approximately 50% for public agencies including the Klamath National Forest, the California Department of Fish and Game, the City of Dorris, City of Montague, City of Etna, Hornbrook Community Services District, Butte Valley School District, Hornbrook Elementary School District, Junction Elementary School District, Willow Creek School District, Siskiyou County Superintendent of Schools / Board of Education, Yreka Union High School District, Klamath River Elementary School District, the Butte Valley Irrigation District, the Karuk Tribe of California, and the County of Siskiyou.

Services provided have included planning, design, contract preparation, construction staking and engineering project supervision for street construction projects; for water supply, treatment, pumping, and distribution projects; for sewage collection projects; and for private and public buildings site civil work, and for recreational facilities site work.

QUALIFICATIONS OF FIRM

All services provided by James Bray Civil Engineering are done under the direct supervision of James G. Bray, RCE, Morgan Eastlick, RCE, or Brian L. Smith, PLS.

On February 1, 2005, we acquired the premises, furnishings, and records of Piemme and Bryan, Inc., a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying company established in Yreka in 1953. Morgan and Brian purchased the building; Jim & Paula acquired the furnishings and records. We completed basic remodeling and upgrading in February, and relocated to the 329 West Miner Street effective March 1, 2005.
